Walsh Municipal Services (WMS) was founded in St. Joseph, Michigan in 1997. Since that time, my firm has built a reputation of exemplary service at a reasonable cost. We primarily focus on recruiting and finding municipal managers for Michigan municipalities. We have served all corners of the Great Lake State from Suttons Bay to Alpena to Jackson to Saugatuck. Frank L. Walsh serves as the CEO of WMS. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and has over 35 years of municipal management experience and over 28 years of recruiting leaders.
