City Manager
Located in northwest Hillsdale County, the City of Litchfield, population 1,399, seeks a new City Manager who will continue a tradition of effective leadership on the banks of the St. Joseph River.
Litchfield is known for a tremendous spot to picnic along the river or stroll along the Litchfield Trail. The city is home to companies that you typically find in large urban communities. Together, the local industries employ over 2,200 employees. While these high-tech companies could establish anywhere, they chose to make Litchfield their home.
The community is extremely proud of their local schools. It means something to be a Litchfield Terrier. Friday football nights are a real gathering place in Litchfield.
The ideal candidate will bring excellent financial stewardship, a knowledge of public utilities, an unwavering desire to serve the public and be an authentic leader.
Salary:
$60,000 - $75,000
